Jeremy Law

Senior Physiotherapist

Jeremy joins us from Singapore and enjoys working with clients of all ages, various cultures, languages, and backgrounds. He has worked in a variety of musculoskeletal and sports specialist physiotherapy clinics. He enjoys using exercise and physical activity to promote health, manage injuries or pain, and achieve goals together with his clients.
Jeremy’s Specialties include:

  • Sports-related Injuries or overuse injuries.
  • Movement re-education
  • Shoulder, spinal, ankle and knee rehabilitation
  • Concussion Injuries
  • Cross Fit specific injuries and recovery planning

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys hiking, running, and doing CrossFit.

Rochelle Wardle

Senior Physiotherapist

BPhty (Otago), Post Grad Dip in Sports and Exercise Medicine, Member of PNZ Paediatric special interest group

Rochelle works with children and adolescents in the 0-16 age group and can assess, treat and care for children with a range of respiratory, developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological and oncology conditions. These include, but are not limited to developmental delays, toe walking, hypermobility, balance and coordination problems, torticollis as well as accidents and injuries. Rochelle is an experienced Physiotherapist and enjoys helping all patients with their rehab journey.
Rochelle’s physiotherapy interests include:

Ben Cooper

Senior Physiotherapist

Ben graduated in 2008 with his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy and has previously working as a personal trainer. He has a strong interest in sports-related injuries and is an avid sportsman himself.
Ben’s Specialties include:

  • Sports-related injuries. Including throwing sports, rugby, dancers, athletics and everyday warriors.
  • Movement re-education
  • Pre and Post-op conditions
  • Spinal treatment and mobilisation
  • Gym rehabilitation programmes

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying busy and active with his wife and 3 children.

Dominic Oberhumer

Physiotherapist

Dominic graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy. He has a strong interest in sports-related injuries and helping his clients return to normal activities.
He is an avid climber and has a special interest in climbing-related injuries.

Kaito Hayashi

Physiotherapist

Kaito graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.  Kaito enjoys working with a wide variety of people from all walks of life.

Kaito’s interests include:

  • Sports related injuries
  • Movement re-education
  • Pre and Post op conditions
  • Gym rehabilitation programmes

Outside of work Kaito enjoys Cross-Fit and playing Football. He speaks Japanese at home and is happy to help Japanese speaking Clients.

Luke Chun

Senior Physiotherapist and Clinical Vocational Lead

Luke graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Health and a Postgraduate Diploma endorsed in Sports Physiotherapy
Luke has a keen interest in understanding how pain and impairments affect our ability to keep physically active and resilient. He comes with a collaborative assessment and treatment approach. Luke also speaks Korean and is happy to help Korean speaking clients.

Tom Eminson

Senior Physiotherapist

Tom is a graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has pursued continued education in orthopaedic manual therapy and dry-needling

Juliet Hislop

Senior Physiotherapist

Juliet graduated from the University of Otago in 1996 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Physiology. She is a credentialed McKenzie clinician. Robyn McKenzie was a famous NZ Physio whose courses are taught worldwide and the author of “Treat Your Own Back” among others. Juliet’s areas of physiotherapy interest include all musculoskeletal sprains or injuries and she enjoys helping clients return to full function.

In her spare time, Juliet plays tennis, tramps and skis, and is learning to play golf.

Anil Parackal

Senior Physiotherapist

Anil joins our team with almost 20 years of Physiotherapy experience, most recently working in Kuwait with the National Guard. He has his Masters in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Pune, India
Anil prioritizes clients’ key concerns and gets clients back to the things they love doing.
His Physiotherapy interests include.

Ashley Judson

Physiotherapist

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is working at our Halswell Clinic.
She prioritizes clients’ key concerns and gets clients back to the things they love doing.
She uses a holistic approach to get to know her clients while providing them with skills for future self-management and injury prevention. Her Physiotherapy interests include:

  • Stretching and Strengthening to manage injuries
  • Gym rehabilitation programmes

Michelle North (Kelsen)

Owner and Senior Physiotherapist

Michelle has over 20 years of Physiotherapy experience, graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Michelle went to the US on a tennis scholarship and continues to play tennis in the Premier Competition in Christchurch.

Michelle’s specialties and areas of interest include:

  • Vestibular rehabilitation including Vertigo, dizziness and headaches
  • Child and Adolescent postural and growing pains
  • Tennis related injuries

I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in China and, after a two-year internship, moved to New Zealand, where I became a registered acupuncturist in 2017. I have built a strong rapport with my clients and specialize in treating various types of pain and injuries.
